1 Room available long term in shared house central location, Rent covers gardener, power, WiFi, cleaner 1x a week, cleaning products, heating, clean sheets on bed 1x a week, fresh herbs and salads in fridge for all to use 1x a week, smart TV in your room, free washing machine 3 bathrooms. To move in u need 2 weeks rent in advance (u don't pay the last 2 weeks u are at the property) and 2 weeks bond (this goes to tenancy services) and a $60 key deposit.

Ideal location. Clean and tidy. Well suited for two couples. Great host
An excellent spot to stay. Close to town, spacious and well equipped, you’re not left wanting. The place is pretty cool, and it’s as much fun parking up on the balcony as hitting the town!
Highly recommend this lovlely airbnb, so close to town, 5 minute walk, stunning view, very clean and tidy and lovely decor , very spacious and it has everything you need, we would love to stay again thank you.
